That examination may result in the identification of deficiencies in the PDS and in those circumstances, any application that has been received may need to be dealt with in accordance with sections 724 and 1016F of the Corporations Act 2001.
The Units to which this PDS relates may only be issued on receipt of an application form issued with this PDS and in accordance with this PDS. Please note that paper copies of the PDS are available free of charge by calling Kidder Williams Limited on (03) 9246 4200.
